Welcome to Webshift.mk. These Terms of Service define the rules, responsibilities and conditions for accessing our website and using our services, including web development, cybersecurity solutions, security assessments and VPS environments. By using our services, you agree to comply with these terms.
Webshift.mk services must only be used for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not damage, disrupt or compromise our systems, infrastructure or other users.
Users must not use Webshift services for illegal activities, unauthorized access attempts, malware distribution, abuse of network resources, attacks against third-party systems or any activity that creates security risks.
Automated directory discoveries (fuzzing/directory scanning), unauthorized vulnerability probing, credential stuffing, brute-force attempts, or any form of aggressive infrastructure stress-testing against our platform are strictly prohibited. We employ real-time threat intelligence and security logging systems to actively track network identifiers, including IP addresses, activity timestamps, and requested paths to enforce this policy.
Webshift provides custom VPS and isolated environments based on customer requirements. Customers are responsible for the applications, content, software and activities running inside their assigned environments. Webshift may suspend services that create security threats, network abuse or operational risks.
Security reviews and infrastructure assessments provided by Webshift are intended to identify common vulnerabilities, configuration issues and security improvement opportunities. Security assessments are performed within the agreed scope and do not guarantee the discovery of every possible vulnerability.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, protecting account credentials, maintaining secure access methods and ensuring that their systems comply with applicable laws.
Webshift works to provide reliable and stable services. However, temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, technical failures, network issues or circumstances outside our control.
Webshift.mk does not process online payments or collect payment information through this website. Pricing, service details and agreements are discussed directly with customers before any service activation. Additional services, custom configurations or changes may require a separate agreement.
All Webshift branding, designs, website content, software components and created materials remain protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Customer-specific work ownership and usage rights are determined according to the agreed service terms.
Webshift.mk is not responsible for damages caused by customer misuse, unauthorized access resulting from customer actions, third-party services, external network failures or events outside reasonable control.
Webshift reserves the right to suspend or terminate services that violate these Terms of Service, create security risks, abuse resources or threaten infrastructure stability.
Any network activity identified as malicious, including but not limited to automated scanning or forced-entry attempts, will result in an immediate, automated, and permanent IP-level ban. Webshift.mk reserves the right to use collected forensic logs as evidence in legal actions or report the offending entities to their respective Internet Service Providers (ISPs) and relevant cybersecurity authorities.
Webshift.mk may update these Terms of Service when necessary due to changes in services, technology or legal requirements. Continued use of our services after updates means acceptance of the revised terms.
